Pocketmate is made by one person. A real human reads every message and writes back, usually within a few days.

Write to feedback+pocketmate@reply.getklar.org with what happened, whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone, and the app version if you know it. Screenshots help. You can also write to us from inside the app.
Delete your account
In the app, open the Me tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. That removes your account and your data; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you no longer have the app, see getklar.org/delete-account or write to the address above from the email address of your account.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store account as described below.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not in Pocketmate. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
iPhone. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Pocketmate and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Pocketmate and tap Cancel subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. We are still happy to help if something went wrong with a purchase.
